GOULBURN
Race 4 | 4. Howie Do It
Was well supported and won well on debut. Then tipped out. Back for second campaign, senior jockey onboard and should be too classy for this lot. $2.05.
BALLINA
Race 3 | 11. Poised Tycoon
On quick back up. Third run for new stable and both have been good. Up in trip today, will go forward and be hard to catch. $3.30.
TOWNSVILLE
Race 3 | 3. MOOLOOLABA
Will be the leader and if they leave him alone up front the won’t catch him. $2.90.
KYNETON
Race 4 | 2. Luigi The Brave - Each-way
Tipped this each-way last start and did everything but win at Kyneton at $14. Will adapt similar tactics, jump, lead and kick on the turn and try and steal it. Again a good each-way price. $7.

GOULBURN
Race 2 | 1. Savaii
Resumes today after going unbeaten in first prep! Will control the race and outside of Merchant Reign, I can’t see a huge amount of pressure! The short favourite will get back and although in great from, going to need luck (or a great ride like last time) to catch the leader! This is a speed map bet and if Alysha Collett gets away with it in front like I imagine, he will be too hard to catch!
Race 3 | 7. Group Chat
Hit a flat spot last start and in the end still should have won when cantered to the line! Gets back to the 1400, for only the second time and that should work. Drawn really nicely and will need the luck he didn’t get last start but if he does, he will win! Soft track won’t pull him up!
BALLINA
Race 2 | 2. Farnesina
Ran well in much better races in town last prep and finds herself here today, placed to break the maiden. Hasn’t been asked to do much in both trials and will be ready to go! Drawn nicely and will be very hard to hold out! Don’t go hard but the $2.50 is a really nice price for her in a race without much depth!
Race 5 | 1. Cabsav
Finds an easier race and conditions to suit! Heavy track most certainly is in his wheelhouse! There is some speed engaged (Sea of Qi / Said and Done) so Rolls will be able to get cover from a tricky gate! He always runs well at 1200m and his ability to get to the middle of the track late in the day might be an advantage.
KYNETON
Race 2 | 7. Lufitaah
Resumes today with a couple of nice jump outs and improvement after a nice debut prep! Got thrown into the deep end at Caulfield and was out of her depth in a good race! Drawn lovely to take a prominent sit and her best is better than the rest. Temu Tilly the danger and will improve off that debut run so have her in EQ, as well as an exacta but I think Lufitaah will have too much class!
Race 4 | 12. Lady Colonist - Each-way
Thought she was pretty good on debut and was flat footed when speed went on, so she will like up in trip today. The winner of the race (Zuleika) belted them but has since ran second in Tassie Oaks! She won’t be off them today from a nice gate and she will learn a lot from that run. Don't dive in as the race has a little depth to it but it's over the odds. I have knacked her each-way as well as Top 5 where she is paying $3.60.
Race 6 | 1. Rock The Bar
There is a lot of speed in this race so him drawing wide is no concern as he will go straight back! It's right he didn't last start where in a tougher race he ran well! Drops to a grade he hasn’t been for a long time today! Little give in the ground no issue and even though he has to carry the weight, I think he will have plenty of time to build into it off the tempo and be hard to hold.
