Campbell Brown & David Taggart have your Wednesday sorted on Trackside.
The lads have taken a close look at Sandown & Canterbury in a bid to find the family some winners.

SANDOWN
Race 3 | 15. Sabi Storm
Did a million things wrong on debut. Looked around a lot, had to be niggled a long way out, hit a flat spot and then still hit the like really well. Up to the 1600m is a major tick as is JM sticking. The combo of experience and more spacious track adds up to this horse being really hard to beat today!
Race 8 | 11. Fiddlers Green
Didn’t run out the mile in a tougher race last start so back in class and back to 1400m is perfect today. Will get absolute run of the race from that gate, soft track perfect, and has won fourth up before also. JM in the seat as well and will be VERY hard to beat!
CANTERBURY
Race 4 | 9. Stormland
Was great winning on debut and then had a crack in then kindergarten and was well and its depth but judging by its trials, has returned in good order. Will squeeze forward and sit right OSL The Enchanter who from the inside gate will lead. Little query on the heavy track but from where he will be in the run. Jason Collett can get to wherever is best in the straight. I think this bloke even against the older horses is going to be very hard to beat.
Race 5 | 3. Bat Out Of Hell
Nash goes on and with a perfect draw he can stalk the speed (No Drama) and launch late. Thought it was decent last start. He had to work a little bit earlier and he hung on really well and he is at peak fitness. Loves the track, loves the distance, loves the slop, he’s the one to beat. ND is the one he has to catch and even though I think he will, the claim and heavy track form means I am including him in the quad!
Race 7 | 4. The Years
On the quick backup and I really like that tactic up to 1900m. From that gate Bayliss can stalk the speed like Hippo did last week on the slop. From the way it hit the line last week over 1600m it is going to eat up the 1900m. Stable always has them tough and I expect this horse to be exactly that late. Unusual Prospect deserves to be deep in market and blinkers added today and the 1900m is perfect after the 2000m last start at Hawks. I’ve included in quaddie but I’m not sold on it handling the heavy track where it might take that speed late he showed last start away. I’d say he will go forward today and use his fitness down a smidge in trip. They are my only two in the quaddie but I think The Years will be tougher late.

SANDOWN
Race 3 | 15. Sabi Storm
Was sent out fav on debut and just failed to pick up the two front runners. Extra trip here suits along with blinkers being added along with the experience of the run. Jamie rides and I would assume she will roll forward on him.
Race 4 | 9. Princess Que
Resumes and there is no reason she can’t win. Only had the one prep and her only win she defeated the handy Sweethearted. Draws good for Frosty to get the right run and win.
Race 7 | 7. Yachiyo
Resumes and she does have ability. She was a travesty beaten on debut where she all but fell then dominated her maiden. Her trials have been good leading into this and she is the one to beat.
