Craig Hutchison, CEO of Sports Entertainment Network, said his network was just as excited as the fans as they were gearing up for another AFL trade period.
“Trade Radio has become a staple of the footy calendar, and this year we’re taking it to another level. Starting earlier, broadcasting longer and featuring the best talent in the game, this is the ultimate destination for trade news and analysis.”
Ed Bowman, Head of Content at the AFL, added;
“Trade Radio is the undisputed home of trade content across the Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period. With just two teams remaining the 2025 Toyota AFL Final Series, we are excited to kick start the season of hope early for fans of the other 16 Clubs, with the launch this Wednesday coinciding with the Macca’s Footy Fest.”
“We saw record consumption last year on afl.com.au and the AFL Live App, with just under 2M audio and video streams across the 13 days of action, and with massive storylines and player movement expected in 2025, we are excited at the prospect of another record-breaking set of engagement across AFL channels.”
Trade Radio is proudly supported by Continental Tyres, continuing their long-standing commitment to footy fans and the AFL industry.
