Rivals can KISS goodbye to the number one breakfast spot in the Australian Podcast Ranker for February 2026 because the Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has topped the charts!
SEN Breakfast shows ‘Fireball with Kane Cornes & David King’ on Mondays and Fridays, and ‘Breakfast with Garry Lyon & Tim Watson’ on Tuesdays to Thursdays ranked the #1 Breakfast radio podcast in the country for February; leading in both listeners and downloads in the All-Australian Top 300 Podcasts, announced today.
The result reflects Fireball’s mantra; “we get up early and we do the work” with talent and producers working tirelessly across platforms to deliver great content to our audiences.
Unfiltered opinions, questions without notice, the best analytical brains in sport and big-name guests make for unmissable content through the week whether you’re a baller, a first-time caller or footy tragic.
The performance highlights the continued growth of SEN’s on-demand audience and the strength of its content offering across the network. With audience consumption already lifting into March alongside the return of major sporting codes, SEN is well positioned to build on this momentum.
SEN’s position as a leader in sports audio, with 14 titles featured in The All Australian Top 300 Podcasts, including ‘SEN Breakfast’ (12) ‘Whateley with Gerard Whateley’ (72), ‘Giddy Up with Gareth Hall’ (97), ‘The Sounding Board’ (104), ‘The Run Home with Joel & Fletch’ (114), ‘Sportsday’ (165), ‘Kick Off with Brandy & Jimmy’ (175), ‘Morning Glory with Matty Johns’ (195), ‘The Run Home with Andy & Gazey’ (211), SEN WA Breakfast (Tim Gossage, Peter Bell and Scott Cummings) (215), SEN Afternoons – Dwayne’s World with Dwayne Russell (218), ‘Off The Bench with Hutchy & Pickers’ (229), ‘Don’t Shoot The Messenger with Caroline Wilson & Corrie Perkin’ (236) and SEN League (254). This achieved during a period outside of AFL and NRL seasons, traditionally the network’s peak performance window
SEN Chief Executive, Craig Hutchison, said he was thrilled with the February results and believes the numbers will only grow from there.
“SEN is Australia’s home of sport and to be ranked Number 1 in Breakfast podcasts for February is testament to the quality of entertainment, news, interviews and analysis we give our audiences.”
“Garry Lyon, Tim Watson, Kane Cornes and David King are among some of the most respected footy experts in Australia and they attract the biggest guests. As the season unfolds, we will be there every step of the way to give our audiences unparalleled coverage, in depth analysis, light-heartened entertainment and hard news.”
