SEN's FIFA World Cup Team of the Week for Matchweek 3

Matchweek 3 of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ has wrapped up, with the stars once again shining on the biggest stage!
The final group stage matches confirmed the 32 teams progressing to the knockouts, with 16 nations headed home.
SEN's Team of the Week features Portuguese keeper Diogo Costa in net after withstanding Colombia's onslaught, with South African keeper Ronwen Williams on the bench after his Man of the Match performance over South Korea.
Morocco's Achraf Hakimi and Mexico's Mateo Chavez man the fullback positions after goals in each of their wins, while Dutch goalscorer Jan Paul van Hecke and Portugal's Renato Veiga man the central of defence.
The midfield is comprised of Senegal's Pape Gueye after his two goals and assist off the bench, with Ecuador's Pedro Vite (1A, win over Germany) and England's Jude Bellingham (1G, 1A, win) alongside him.
The front three comprised of hat-trick hero Ousmane Dembele, Brazil superstar Vinicius Jnr and DR Congo's main man Yoanne Wissa combine for seven goals in wins that saw their nations advance to the Round of 32.
Algeria's Riyad Mahrez secures his spot on the bench after a brace in an incredible match against Austria, alongside Brazil's Bruno Guimaraes (2A, win), Ivory Coast's Nicolas Pepe (2G, win) and Belgium's Leandro Trossard (2G, win).
