Super Bowl LX LIVE: Will the Patriots or Seahawks win it all?
SEN • February 9th, 2026 12:02 pm

- The Seattle Seahawks (NFC Champions) will play the New England Patriots (AFC Champions) for the Vince Lombardi Trophy
- Kick-off is from 10:30am AEDT at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California
- Seahawks punter Michael Dickson is the only Australian taking to the field
- Puerto Rican Artist Bad Bunny will be the halftime entertainment (the first mainly Spanish speaking singer to do so)
- Gerard Whateley will be leading SEN's live call of Super Bowl LX
Had anyone said at the start of the NFL season that the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks would be the last two teams standing, they would have been laughed at.
But yet, after an unpredictable regular season and playoffs, Super Bowl LX is here with Seattle and New England both present.
It's not the first time that these two teams have met in the big dance, with it being 11 years since Malcolm Butler intercepted a Russell Wilson throw on the one yard line to secure victory.
So, will the Seahawks get their revenge for Super Bowl 49 or do the Patriots make it a record-breaking seventh Super Bowl win?
Sit back and relax as we capture all the big moments from the 60th edition of America's biggest game.
10:00am - Welcome to the blog
A big warm welcome to wherever you may be finding us on this Monday morning as we gear up for kick-off, which is three hours and 30 minutes away.
There has been plenty made of this matchup considering that it is the most unlikely Super Bowl combination when combining their pre-season odds since 1989.
Seattle comes into the match as favourites with their 'Darkside Defence' being rated as No. 1 in the league, conceding an average of just 17.2 points per game.
And their weapons on the other side of the ball are just as good, with wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba being named as the league's offensive player of the year.
But considering New England's history (today is their 12th Super Bowl appearance in franchise history), you cannot write them off with second-year quarterback Drake Maye being oh so close to a maiden MVP title.
Either way, we should be in for a ripsnorter of a game.
